What is a Yeast Infection?
Yeast infections are caused by an overgrowth of Candida, particularly Candida albicans. Though normally harmless, when Candida multiplies, it can lead to symptoms like itching, irritation, abnormal discharge, and inflammation.
This protocol supports the body holistically by eliminating yeast’s food source, restoring pH balance, and boosting the immune system.
1. Eliminate All Sugar (14 Days) Candida feeds on sugar—cutting it out starves the overgrowth.
AVOID ALL FORMS OF SUGAR, including:
● Simple carbs (bread, pasta, rice, corn, milk)
● Refined sugar (sweets, soda)
● Natural sugar (fruit, honey, maple syrup)
2. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
Mix 1 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (ACV) with 1 cup warm water. Use it as a gentle external
rinse of your vaginal area once daily. ACV restores vaginal pH and has antifungal properties.
3. Raw Garlic or Moringa
Choose one powerful antifungal; both options support immune function and actively kill fungi:
● Raw Garlic: Crush 5 cloves, let sit 10 min, then eat daily.
● Moringa: Take a high-quality supplement (capsules or powder) daily.
4. Dark Leafy Greens (Daily)
Eat 1 cup COOKED dark leafy greens daily (about 6 cups raw cooked down). Use kale, chard, collards,
spinach. Cook with healthy fat (olive oil, butter, or coconut oil) and seasoning. Cooked greens also form
mucilage, which helps smother anaerobic bacteria and support gut/vaginal health.
5. Probiotics
Repopulate healthy flora with targeted probiotics.Take a double dose nightly before bed for best results.
