Double dose of a probiotic (femdophillus by Jarrow is a decent one)

- take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed - 14 days

5 cloves of raw garlic/day (some people cut it into chunks and swallow like pills) for 14 days

D-mannose - 1500mg 2x/day for 3 days, then 1x/day for 10 days

**Cranberry — I wouldn’t bother buying this separately, but if it comes with d-mannose, that is good

Vitamin C - 1000+mg/day100-120 oz of fluids/day to flush it all out!

If you would also like to incorporate homeopathic remedies, THE PROTOCOL BELOW IS TAKEN WITH THE HERBAL PROTOCOL ABOVE:

Apis Mel 30c, 2 pellets three times a day under the tongue without food for 1 week

Staphysagria 30 c  2 pellets three times a day under the tongue without food for 1 week

If first management for 14 days does not clear it up:

1) Medorrhinum 200c-  first day windows every three hours after that take two doses daily

2)  Thuja Occidentalis 30c-first day take a dose every three hours then twice a day after that

3) Cantharis 200c - Two doses daily.

4) Continue D-Mannose 500 mg every 3 hours

5) Monolaurin-as directed on bottle
